User Data Deletion

At Sonetz Inc., we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your PostWeekly account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

1What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Account Information

Your name, email address, and profile details

Uploaded Content

All product images you have uploaded to PostWeekly

Generated Content

All AI-generated posts and captions created for your account

Authentication Keys

Social media access tokens and connected account data

Payment Records

Billing history and payment method details

Usage Data

Activity logs and preferences associated with your account

2How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data through any of the following methods:

Email Request

Send an email to support@postweekly.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your PostWeekly account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

In-App Account Settings

Log into your PostWeekly account, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion of your account and all associated data.

3Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours.
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
  • Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from our systems.

4Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion to avoid further charges.
  • We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you for analytical purposes.
  • Data required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance may be retained for the minimum period required by law.

5Third-Party Data

Deleting your PostWeekly account will revoke our access to your connected social media accounts. However, any content already posted to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram) will not be removed by us. You will need to manage that content directly on the respective platforms. To revoke PostWeekly's access to your Instagram account independently, visit your Instagram app settings under Settings > Apps and Websites.
