1Description of PostWeekly

PostWeekly is an AI-powered tool that allows users to upload product images and generate a full week of styled Instagram posts with matching captions. The Service is designed for small businesses, D2C brands, and solo founders who want to maintain a consistent Instagram presence without the overhead of manual content creation.

2Account Registration

To use PostWeekly, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images, text, and other content you upload to PostWeekly. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating styled Instagram posts and captions). We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

4AI-Generated Content

PostWeekly uses artificial intelligence to generate styled posts and captions. While we strive for high-quality output, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting to your social media accounts. Generated content is provided for your commercial use as part of your subscription.

5Instagram and Third-Party Services

By using PostWeekly to interact with Instagram, you also agree to be bound by Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party platform policies when using content generated through our Service.

6User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and social media authentication access keys, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7Subscription and Billing

PostWeekly offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected (monthly or yearly). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

8Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless you cancel. No credit card is required to start a trial where specified.

9Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days after your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@postweekly.app. Refunds after the 7-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PostWeekly to:

• Upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Generate or distribute misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonetz Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PostWeekly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12Children's Privacy

PostWeekly is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

13Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through our Data Deletion page.

14Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through a notice on our Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
